I did this a number of years ago and recall it was about 250. Not certain the trails are all the same now, but gives u an idea of the distance. It took us a full day into night as we were not familiar with the trails but a fun ride. From Sagola to Gwinn was pretty desolate back then. I recall 60 miles of nothing. But I look forward to do it again some time.
