Looking for a new helmet. anybody using gmax64, ckx tranz 1.5 or ckx flex rsv?

I know you don't want to hear this but all are cheap helmets and you get what you pay for... I had the GMax 54 it returned two and sold #3 as new. A friend rides with CKX Tranz but he had the same complaints I did with the GMaxs. air leaks, modular freezing closed but not as bad as the GMax... My ex had a Gmax 64 and it only froze once on her. I just bought a Castle/ Scorpion EXO-950 off of what my friends have said about it... I was very excited when it arrived yesterday only to find out it fits much tighter than the Arctic Cat helmets of the same size specs... My go-to helmet had been an Arctic Cat TXI Helmet w/ an electric shield. Honestly, if it was a modular style it would be perfect! I take a 2XL in the TXI but the 3XL in the EXO-950 measures the same size or bigger according to the spec sheets but feels much smaller. At this point, I'm not sure if its just new and tight or just runs that small. I did take the padding out just to see about fit and I had lots of room. So maybe it just needs to be broken in... I can tell you this if they had a 4XL it would already have been returned... And if you are at the top of the size chart I can tell you Arctic Cat fit best out of the box (plus went up to a 4xl), Gmax and CKX second. Also in the second was HJC but oddly enough Castle did not make Scorpion follow their size standards with the EXO. Good Luck and try as much on as you can...
