Like it there do ya? Best to check with MLS realtors. They'll know. Peeps don't want to leave once they get here. Hope you had a great time.

Don't over extend yourself too much there now. Never seen a house with running water not a trailer for under $25K lol

White Pine has many houses under 25k(3bdr with garage). I know that your looking in Bergland and I'm sure you could find something there also. Just saying there are choices for your price range.

Searched Bergland MLS & nothing on market at that price. I did not search White Pine. If it is not listed on MLS then where you going to find it? Shadow inventory, FSBO maybe but not on MLS currently. Did you guys search MLS or just shooting from hip?

Wow!! ;)Thanks for the great response guys and gals! I go plowing for a couple days and come back and have a boat load of more information on who contact and where to look.

I've been hearing White Pine seems to have the whole town for sale right in my price range. I want to be by lake geogobic as seems to be more of central hub out to the rest of the UP. Also it was nice to be close to the Hoop. :D
