Looking for someone to ride UP with

I can't get anybody to go riding even though I offer them a free sled. Lately I've been riding the Keweenaw but have also done several trips to the Munising area.

I'm in northeastern IL. Have a new Rush 800 and mostly trail ride. Not sure how this Rush does off trail but I've heard not great. I like to ride pretty fast but keep it safe. I can ride all day or I can take all the breaks you want. I'll have a beer when the day is done but I don't drink while riding. I prefer to ride during the week to avoid traffic but I'm flexible. If you have a loud can or like to go off trail where the signs say not to then I don't want to ride with you.

It'd be ideal to find someone around me that wants to ride so we can drive up and get lodging together to split costs.

Any takers?

going up alone on 26th thru 2nd going home on 3rd. like to put on miles at a decent clip. let me know if interested. I am from peoria area. I ride a 17 switchback

I have done the majority of my riding with people I met online this winter. I'm in the same boat, I don't have a reliable group to ride with. I try to get out at least once every 2 to 3 weeks. If you want, send me a PM and we can talk about making a ride happen. My usual riding buddy has been less reliable this year than ever... That's somewhat out of his hands, but I can't let the winter go by while waiting.

If it wasn't for people to meet online to ride with, I would probably just retire from riding.

Send me a PM... I could meet you guys there just as well.

hit me UP next year..should be there for 8 weeks jan thru feb if u still cant find any riders..not sure how i missed this thread..i was there
