Looking for sponsors for SAE clean snowmobile

Hey guys,
Trying to use the JD community to my advantage. I'm at the University of Minnesota twin cities and we are in the inaugural year of making a clean snowmobile. We are looking for some sponsors to give money, tools, parts, etc. We are currently setting up a perks package which is very lucrative to anyone who donates. Furthermore, your business doesn't need to be related to snowmobiling in any way in order to support us. If anyone is interested in helping us out please shoot me an email at Kolar047@umn.edu. From there I can send a more formal report with details and answer more in depth questions. Thanks guys, and if you happen to know of other people in your area that own businesses please pass on my message. Thank you.

Putting this TTT...have a more formal write up almost finished. Already have a potential company from this site, and would greatly appreciate if others could help too. I go above and beyond to make sure that you are treated with the best service for your contribution.

I was a member of MTU's for 3 years and that's even located in the UP. Best of luck with your sponsorship drive, we just hit the ground and knocked on doors, seemed to be the best way.

Oh yeah, forget GM university, they're from downstate.....

Lol it snows here too! I support the competition. Great experience for the students.

I got into it my freshmen year and it was probably the greatest thing I did while in school. I still talk to a bunch of the people from our team and I remember seeing a DI Ski Doo before the Etec. Some of the stuff we tried we didn't have the engineering power to pull it off, but seeing stuff like that on production sleds is pretty cool.

That's exactly why I'm doing it. All the stuff really interests me plus I get to work on a friken snowmobile for something that looks great on a resume too.
