Lost and need some help (Where can I ride a 4 wheeler in lower Mi.)

Usually just snowmobile. My buddy talked me into buying a 4 wheeler. I live in Valparaiso Indiana and am wondering if Cadillac/Baldwin Area allows these on the trail system during off season sled time? Also interested in riding in the st. Ignace Mi. area and Gaylord area. Maybe even lower Wisconsin? Sorry, i'm clueless when it comes to summer toys.

North of Baldwin. Tons of trails for you to ride. Irons area Tourist association can get you all the maps you need. Stage at Club 37 on M37 or just a 1/2 mile south at staging area lot. Plenty to keep you busy.

Nothing really down here Chilly. The Kalkaska/ Grayling area is pretty good. We usually head to the U.P. Not really that much farther. I think if you check www.fishweb.com they have a section with trails in the lower. Good luck and get out there and have a blast.

Yep--Check fishweb.com. St Ignace and West is very good. Baldwin area has well marked trails and easy to follow maps (Lake County) You can also go to VV Mapping. You can get their ATV maps and download to a GPS or get the printed copies.

Really not much around Grand Rapids and South. Silver Lake Sand dunes are a blast during the week. It is chaos on the weekends.
Lots of Chicago people head there on the weekends (need I say more).
