M-26 reconstruction will make trail #3 hard and possibly unsafe to navigate during the day this summer. I have seen them clearing brush and looks like culvert work with heavy equipment on the trail is planned. Might not be able to avoid dangerous conditions in the construction zone, might not be able to get through at times.
