make a wish ride

i see registration is closed for the make a wish ride. I have a couple friends that have not registered that are interesed in coming up with our group. i realize you had to order shirts and finalize the numbers for the banquet dinner so you had to cut off registration at some point. however, if they wanted to join for the rides could they possibly make their donation when they arrive so they could ride, with the understanding they would not get a shirt or be able to join the banquet?

Hi Rob.

They can use Paypal to send the money to me no later than Monday and can attend the rides and banquet. Shirt order has been cut off now to make sure they can be made in time.

Just be sure they make a note with the payment that it is for attending the ride-in

I don't know where your staying but I know AnnaWL can't make it and still has a room booked at the Ramada for Saturday night if you're interested.

pick up shirts?

John, not sure if I missed it or not; can we pick up the shirts at the banquet or do we need to pick them up early (Friday)?

You will be able to pick up the shirts at the Ramada Friday and Saturday mornings, or at the banquet Saturday night.
