Here is a little more info. Not much. Seems he hit a ditch and thats what killed the kid. No mention of ... Did he leave the kid there? Go to the hospital and leave?
Sounds like he is prob already paying the price. Knowing you killed your kid has got to be a horrible feeling. Now he is going to jail to think about it for 12 years.

Details provided are sketchy at best. Leaving the scene could be interpreted as he took is son to the hospital.

Dude. JR is a VERY GOOD RIDER! I can only hope that when my son is 22 that he will want to go riding with his old man!
