Clubs in marathon County need volunteers to open Trails.
I went out to help a club ( which I am not a member of) both Saturday n Sunday.
I am sore but feel go for helping.
They all are overwhelmed and need help.
If you are a snowmobiler I believe you owe it to yourself to volunteer so the trails can be open.
Following message is from a Area Club President,

“Snowmobilers this is what trails look like after the rain and snow. Do you belong to a club? Help is needed to get trails cleared so groomers can get through. Businesses this is what local snowmobile clubs are working to provide safe and enjoyable trails, how much of your winter business is snowmobilers? What have you done to support your local snowmobile club? Thanks for any help and support you can give. Contacts for clubs are listed on the county website.”

Wow. That is overwhelming. Clubs all over the state are dealing with this. No small task. I appreciate you helping! If everyone gave 1 day, it would go a long way.
We have no support in our county for businesses other then map ads every 3 years(Marquette WI). I feel they really need to be more involved. I know for some It's hard to justify to them when we do not open that much though. But when we are open they have a lot of additional revenue!
I take 3 days off work every year to mark and brush. Our 2 other guys take about 5 additional days to mark and brush. They are retired though.

If you can get ahold of a skid loader with a grapple bucket you'll cut your time by two thirds. Some of the stuff will spring back once you get the snow off of it.

Mini excavator with a thumb works great as well, can reach up further and grab limbs,,,
