We went for a walk to one end through the trails and then back along the lakeshore. I have never seen something in my 37 yrs here in the Keweenaw that I saw that day. I saw a boat load of Crayfish along the shore of Lake Superior. I have only seen them along inland lakes in which we always would go catch as a kid. I have spent a fair amount of time at the big lake and haven't noticed any before. After the monster storm that may have stirred them up. We saw a dozen or so in about a 100 yard stretch.

Here are a couple of shots.

Most of it was cleaned up by the time we got there. I did hear that the fort wilkins park at copper harbor got nailed even worse. There were some reports of campers damaged by trees.
