Latest project. This is a mural I did for the family of a 6 year old Cancer victim. The picture I used was from a water color painting she did in kindergarten. The mural is seven feet tall by eight ft. Wide and made from 2x2 tiles. The mural will be hung on the outside of her school by the front entrance.

I have to thank Smurfrider for letting me make the mural in his shop. And thanks to Buck fifty for making the wood frame. The parts and pcs. I water jetted. The picture was taken before I grouted it. I used urethane grout donated be Bostik. The mortar donated by TEC, the tiles donated by American Olean and Virginia tile Co. I donated the labor. I used white grout. Milan passed away one year ago today. They mural will be hung in the reflection park next to Mella Vista elementary school on Memorial Day.

yesterday the finished mural was put on display with a dedication of the serinity park in which it is located.

Looks great up there! Am sure there wasn't a dry eye in the house....

Again, what an awesome job you did and what a great tribute to her family.

No question it had to be a very emotional day but your work provides a lasting tribute to this little girl and people will think of her every time they look at it.
