V venturenorth Member Mar 5, 2015 #4 on the route i mentioned, the only gas stop is Tall Pines BP in Amasa, then its 45 miles to Republic on 18E. a return loop to IR you could take 5S to Sagola BP gas, off hwy 95 .....and 16W to Crystal Falls, gas there, too.
