I checked in on Ski-Doo's Facebook site, inquired about the coupons and and they said "Yes there will be some coupons at the Milwaukee show this year. Cheers!"

I picked up a handful of $400 Ski-Doo coupons for 2018 sleds, I am in Green Bay if you want one free.

Also, Fyi; Polaris booth said if you buy a new sled in the next 10 days tell em you stopped at the Polaris show booth and you will get $500 in free clothes and accessories etc.
