I would to take the time to say thanks to all the clubs of Monroe County.Your dedication to the sport is outstanding and it is a shame that a few individuals can destroy all the hard work. Durning our ride on Thursday,I could not stop saying best trails ever!!!!Thanks again for all the hard work and a great trail system.

SNOWMOBILE TRAILS OF MONROE COUNTY
.

MONDAY FEBRUARY 8, 2016 TRAIL REPORT 5 AM

TRAIL CONDITIONS REALLY TOOK A HIT THIS PAST WEEKEND WITH THE HUGE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC ON SATURDAY AND THE WARMER THAN EXPECTED TEMPS ON SUNDAY. TRAILS HAVE MULTIPLE BARE SPOTS AND GROOMERS WILL BE RUNNING AGAIN ASAP.

Trail 51 between Wyeville and Eagle’s Nest now has multiple signs as you near the bad areas. Some will be caution signs as well as some stop signs. We are trying to get people to slow down drastically in this area before coming upon the bad spots.

Also the club trail from Portland to Leon has a hill that has become very icy and hard to get up. Coming from opposite direction from Leon to Portland you are able to go down it, but be careful due to the ice going in that direction also.

AND IN ADDITION TO TRAIL 22 BETWEEN LEON AND THE LACROSSE RIVER TRAIL BEING CLOSED, TRAIL 66 FROM INTERSECTION 56 TO INTERSECTION 52 FROM SOUTH OF OAKDALE TO CLIFTON WILL BE CLOSING AT NOON SUNDAY THE 7TH DUE TO OFF MARKED TRAIL RIDING!

We hope everyone who rode our trails this weekend had a great time and will ride again soon!

I agree, My wife and I rode the 400 Trail from LaValle threw 3 different counties, Sauk, Juneau and Monroe. We had excellent riding the whole day. Oh, it was on Sat.
