We went to our final race in Marquette this past weekend and had another great time with our work crew and families. We took King of the Hill again and won the season points. All in all we took 4 firsts and 4 seconds. More importantly, one of the long time workers on the M.A.S.T.E.R.S. circuit by the name of Jason Kleinschmidt has been diagnosed with Stage IV liver and colon cancer. Jason is only 42 years old with a family. He is one of the nicest quietest guys I know. He's the guy that donates his time and never asks for a thing or recognition, he's that guy that many times goes unnoticed. Right now you can support Jason by buying a wrist ban for 3 dollars. He was able to make it to the race in Marquette and he's taking chemo right now. It was great to see him there. We took all of our race winnings and donated to Jason and boy I have to tell you that's a great feeling. Even better was many drivers then followed up and did the same thing!!! People are great! Please pray for Jason and his family as he starts his battle. He has a great faith and great support behind him. It's easy to get caught up in our every day lives and forget how little our trials are compared to others. We were also fortunate to be there for a benefit for two little girls who were in a car accident that the Marquette ski hill put on. One is paralyzed from the waist down We've all been touched by disease and loss and many of you have shared on here. Lets support those who are in the those battles now and in the future God Bless all of you and your families To support Jason you can call Skip Schulz at 906-884-9101. Thank you, Kip
