Motor Mount Bolts

Both motor mount bolts fell out on my Arctic Cat ZR. I was just going to replace them. Do not think the engine moved around. My question is are there specs/measurements for engine placement? How do you measure position? Or should I just put the bolts back in.

need the clutch alignmet tool specific for the machine, once that is set, put them in w/ red locktite, don't over torque the bolts though.
