Had it done many times for commercial property, but not at a home. Works very well as long as the underlying cause of the problem has been dealt with. For example, if poor drainage caused the problem but has not been resolved the area will sink again in the future. I found most contractors were pretty good at assessing the situation and advising whether it would be a long term solution or not. Definitely worth pursuing.
Be aware that in most cases they are going to core drill through the concrete to pump below it so there will be a visible repair. Not a big deal but make sure you understand what it will look like after.
