Munising- One last ride any current reports?

wondering the same.....................
I was planning on going UP on the 29th for a week. My friend UP there called today said there's dirt in the corners and they've lost half of their base. Looks like I wait till next year. Possibly this weeks storm will allow for some riding here at home.

Lots of ice. Groomers have been out trying to get things back into shape. It is tough going. Should know more by end of day today.
The groomer drags are cutting but its going to take multiple cuts - passes.
Snow cone type snow after it is cut - groomed.

I bet they are riding in Munising till the end of March, snow showers in the forcast everyday this week.

Muni sing/wetmore report
I just got back yesterday from muni sing/wetmore area. The trails were beat Friday,Saturday and Sunday. The rain took its toll. We road out Friday to grand marais and it was a rough 120 mile round trip. Saturday we headed south and once we were out of town it was pretty good. A little thin near town but good every where else. Had lunch at camel riders and made our way back and trails were decent . We did 125 miles that day and not to bad. Sunday we headed west and it was brutal. Only did 45 miles and called it a day. The groomers were out Sunday and there is plenty of snow on the trails to last a while.
