Couldn't get it done with a bow so far this season. Got this guy with my TC Encore this past Saturday in Knox County IL. He was chasing a doe at last light in a cut corn field, about a 50 yd shot. We did not hear nearly as many shots as past seasons. The consensus is that deer numbers were way down due to blue tongue. I'd rather be lucky then good. Hopefully the colder it gets the bucks will start hitting the food sources during daylight and give us bowhunters another chance.
