NCAA Brackets for bragging rights!

We did this last year at the last minute so only a few of us joined in. Hopefully by getting is set up now more of us will make some picks. Too hard to manage a league for anything other than bragging rights, but I'm sure if the eventual winner meets up next season with someone else that played and reminds them they won they might get a beverage or something out of it.

So here is the link: http://sleding2final4.mayhem.cbssports.com/e?ttag=BPM16_cpy_invite_new

our league is JD Brackets and the password is - thinksnow

You should be able to use the link, sign-in and then enter your picks. There are only 2 different brackets eligible per player.

Scoring is Round 1=1point, round 2=2, round 3=4, round 4=8, round 5=16 and the final game is 32points. There are no bonus points and championship game score is the tiebreaker.

The brackets will be announced 3/13/16 so once they are out sign-up and make your picks!

Good luck to everyone!

I'm in, sounds fun. I didn't follow NCAA basketball this year nearly as much as the past. I'm in a pool where the entry fee is a 12 pack of beer, brand chosen by the winner. We usually have around 40 people in it. Winner gets a cool 20 cases of beer of their choice.

OK everyone, the brackets are up and open! Hope we get a number of players this year, get your picks in sometime in the next couple days and lets have some fun :)

I just finished up my picks, but didn't have time to put them into the system over lunch. I'll do that tonight, got two brackets picked out. Still have some time left before the games start so get your selections going everyone!

Still time to get your picks in. Bracket locks at noon (not sure if it's EDT or CDT) so do it soon. If you're already entered in a pool at work or someplace else though the CBS Sports online brackets you can just transfer your picks into this one.

As a reminder to everyone that already entered, you can have two brackets in this pool so if you have entered once, you can still make another set of picks and put a second bracket in before it locks.

I'm in. Took four minutes of company time (including research), so doubt my odds are very good. One never knows though

What an interesting opening round. Some of us got hit harder than others, but it looks like it's going to be a good competition

Wow, what happened? Half of us had Michigan State winning it all, and some of those that didn't still had them going pretty far. While it doesn't look like anyone is in the drivers seat yet, there are some of us that are close to being left in the dust. By Sunday night we might have a clearer picture, but the way things are going we could all me messed up if one of the other favorites takes a hit.

Way too many variables going on for someone to be a front runner, or out of it. Here is a shot of where we are now.
Sorry it may be too small to easily read. I had to down size it in order to get it to load.

Hey hey, I am the sweeper in the pool!

If you're meaning you're in last place, I have to say you're the one to watch. You may have had a not so good opening weekend, but with 160 possible points, and picking Kansas as your champ like a lot of others have done, I have a feeling you'll be fighting for the top spot if Kansas takes it all.

Grant is on the move! He still has the most potential points of anyone so we'll see how the rest of his bracket plays out. After today all of us Michigan State folks will begin to fade. We'll have to see how Kansas does tomorrow and how the group that all picked them to win it all shakes out. Still have the wild card picks of Oregon and North Carolina that could come in and spoil it for almost everyone. We'll see what things look like tomorrow, and over the weekend.
