Need help identifying this web cam

So I am in the process of my annual NCN audit and am trying to figure out where this cam is located? This picture was taken yesterday.

Please be patient, as the going is slow with the audit. The good news is I have figured out how to handle live cams. Already have them going at sites like Hayward and Presque Isle WI and am working on Gaylord and South Haven MI.

I cannot help with the photo above....however, I believe the cam listed in Mercer (Courtesy of Beaver Lodge) is actually a cam in Manitowish Waters courtesy of The Lodge at Manitowish Waters.
