Hey guys, I have an issue with a 2004 Rev Renegade. The sled runs fine but lost all electrical. Have checked the fuses, all electrical plug-ins. I have to check the relay with a volt tester. Any help on what this could be would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Chris

rev

i have a o5 rev and years ago had the same thing and what found was under the relay/fuse box in the wiring harness was some soldered connections that were taped up in a cloth tape .they rotted off .pulled the harness apart there and found more .the harness sits in that tray and must hold water .also i had it one night just quit running and that was the plug at the voltage reg .it is a nice weather pack connector .but when took it apart not good .so even if the connection looks good take it apart .all the power to the sled goes throught the voltage reg .at the voltage reg check the ground wire i have seen that cause problems . hope this helps .

If the sled is a 600ho you will have a relay above the secondary clutch, I'm not sure where the relay is on an 800. My bet is that the relay failed. It is a common problem. You can get a replacement relay at Napa or any parts store, it is just a common automotive relay. Dootalk.com has lot of information on the relay issue. Good Luck.

Thanks guys for the responses. Once I checked it it did end up being the relay. Got it at a local parts store and good to go.
