Need help with Togwotee

My riding group and I want to do a Week in Togwotee. There is 6 of us that want to Fly in, rent sleds and a guide. is this possible? I looked on their website but errors kept coming up..website problems?? Reading through some post on here is it best to call the lodge direct? We are thinking Febuary depending on availability of sled rental and guide service. I'm in charge of setting this up so I would like to get the ball rolling. We are flatlanders but seasoned riders, been out west before and like to ride! any help would be appreciated. Thanks for any help in advance.

I would call or of you are planning on heading to Haydays stop by and see there booth. They will most likely have discounted packages again this year if booked by a certain date. The trip you are after is very attainable and Togowotee is the place to do the full package!

Thanks willey, I have not been to Haydays since it moved. I heard its hard to get in and out of but just might check it out. Work always gets in the way..lol

I went to Haydays last year, in and out no problems at all.

OK, lets clear this up right a way.......the phone # is the wrong one. Next, hay Days is easy to get in to. They fixed the problems last year. The Togwotee booth at Hay Days will be manned by Paula,and Ann, who are the decision makers on rates and packages. Also there are Lefty, Jack, Kent, and me, Carter.....If we can't answer the questions, they can't be answered.......Usually the whole season crazy thing starts at HD....and the specials, what ever they might be, start then....last year it was if you prepay by a certain date the discount was a good one. This being a new year I don't know that info til I get there...Feb. is tough cuz its a high demand month. We have 9 guides this year cuz Derek knows his stuff and wants all you to come and have a blast.....Barneymn, come on over and chat. If that doesn't work, or you are ready now, respond to this and I'll get you my cell and we can talk. I'm leaving Jackson tomorrow, Tues. headed to MPLs. on the harley and will be there through HD.....by the way the phone # that was posted is front desk mgr. Don't just trust us for info from this site. Do your homework. First time out to Tog, I flew out and rented a sled, rode with Matt B. Been hooked ever since.
