Need lodging in western U.P. for Feb 7-10.....

Folks, I need to secure lodging and rentals for a group from Feb 7-10. Problem is, the winter festival is that weekend and the Ramada is already booked. I have a group of 12, and half of the group will need sled rentals. Any thoughts for places that will be available in the western U.P., stretching from Wakefield to Houghton/Hancock? Thanks!

I would search the Lake Gogebic area for a place (be sure to check the Northwoods Directory on this site) to stay and then you can rent Ski Doo's from Timberline Sports or Polaris' from Guy at Gogebic Sports Center. Many places to ride from there and the trails around the lake, and the lake itself, can be a great place to ride. It's just a great area to base from with lots of restaurants/bars to ride to on the lake. Another option would be to rent from the same places, but stay at Konteka in White Pine or the AmericInn in Silver City. Good luck!
