New Concept Machine

Interesting...I envision a market for these machines in tourist destinations, like West Yellowstone where a lot of non-enthusiasts participate in snowmobiling. I would not like meeting one on the wrong side of the trail though!

Limited market if any market.... concepts just that concepts never make it to market....not meant too.

Imagine the comments we'd see here if a couple of newbies were driving this thing on icy trails during the holidays on narrow trails in northern Wisconsin! OMG! LOL!

Almost reminds me of the old Radar's.........the sit in sled with two tracks........although updated for the future.

Can`t believe they did`t mention the ski-doo elite. A side by side sled. First made in the 70`s and I believe they made it again in late 90`s early 2000`s. Saw the older version leaving camp 1 on the flowage.

Good call lincolnwood. I was thinking the same thing - a much more appealing design but the same concept. Don't think it sold too well buy maybe the concept design would do much better. Perhaps with a pair of 1200's bolted in.

The 1980 version

The 2004 version

You all have to remember the 48" width trail restriction...not sure the 2004 Elite was legal width. Saw an Elite coming west on trail 8 someplace & it looked like a frigging tank coming at me hopping back & forth....got out of the way of that thing! Looked cool but didn't hold the grade well.

Raider....not Radar. Look at the radar to see the storm front as it Raids the Keweenaw. Hmmm:cool:-Mezz

It's a pretty interesting concept. Seems as though the tracks should be switched around, to me anyway. Better approach angle to the snow. Also, the rear of the ski's would need a tipped up edge if they're planning on having reverse on this.
