New trailer

Just got a new Hybrid trailer.
2 questions (for now, probably more later)

1). Sealing (waterproofing) wood deck. Going to use Thompsons wster seal before putting down ski guides. Do I want to also treat the underside of the plywood, to keep road spray etc from soaking in from underside?

2). I'm going to insulate and put in paneling on inside. (For when just 2 of us go and don't want to tow huge trailer ,BRRAAAAP SHACK)
Hybrid trailer, aluminum studs are only 1x1 (walls) when attaching panels would I be better off using aluminum rivets (1/8 or 3/16), or self tapping type screws.

Any other suggestions? We've set up a couple over the years, but open to new ideas.

If your deck is marine grade plywood it will be fine as is.

I'd use self tapping stainless screws to fasten your wall cladding.

Have fun!
