New York State Riding

I have some question about rideing up there if anyone knows. How much dose it cost for a out of state trail permitt and is it worth going through the hassel to ride up there?

google new york snowmobile trails, you'll get the state web site.
they say 10,000 miles of trails.
you have to register your sled for $100 a year. THEY DON'T HAVE TRAIL PERMITS.
if you join a NY snowmobile club it cost less to register(but how much to join club?)
