No La Nina????

Just read a blurb that said there is no signs of a forming La Nina at this time. I thought we were going to get one. What is up with that??

I see no reason to support that idea. Sea surface temps continue to cool and are near La Nina stages now. Forecast is still for La Nina this winter.

It's usually pretty good news for snow lovers in the Midwest. Perhaps not the entire region, but overall, the winters tend to see average to below average temps and average to above average snow.
