So we just got back from 5 days at the cabin up near Finland. While the trails are ridable they aren't grooming yet so they are rough. That said we rode the NSST from the Tomahawk Junction back to Finland and it was OK. On Wednesday we ran the Tomahawk from near Isabella to the NSST and we were making first tracks for the year until we got to the Trestle. Very good riding but there were a couple trees down and a gully that needed to be filled. But the best riding was the forest roads. We ran them up in the Isabella area for 3 days and had some fantastic riding. Hopefully the snow they got today will get the trails closer to be opened and we can start grooming soon.
It was fun having the whole family riding and my wife is enjoying her new sled.
