I would just like to say, "Thank you" to those who have and maintain those cameras for the many of us who trust them more then the local TV news weather reports! With Johns reports and those cams us Trolls can get a pretty good picture of what is ridable and what is not.

For those of you who are not maintaining those cameras especially in the hot spots such as Grand Marais, MI. and Pine Stump, Petoskey don't be surprised if we take our limited time and money to those who are concerned about us having a great weekend or vacation in your community. Those cameras are a great marketing tool for any of the businesses who cater to the snowmobile enthusiast.

And a "Special Thanks" to Camp Womo. Your Camera is always part of my determining factor if I go way North or just up to my place. Thank you for keeping your camera running. Your up North neighbor.

So let's see all those "Dead" cams fired up!!!

I agree 100%! The Northwoods cam network is the first thing I check every morning (once the suns out). It drives me nuts when cams aren't updated. Its a real life view of what conditions are or if new snow has fallen. Much better then checking misc. websites for reports that are 2-3 days old. If I had a business up there it would probably be the first thing I installed.

Note: It only drives me nuts because the old pics usually have less snow then what the new view would show.....

Thanks John for putting this network together!
