After many years of supporting (emotionally and a little financially); my sister in law; she has finally decided to help herself out of a situation that has not been healthy for herself or her family...without getting to much into it I am sure you all are smart enough to figure it out. Anyways she has finally decided that enough is enough (which is the only way to make it work) and enrolled herself into a re-hab center in the upper...she wants away from here and her friends so she can see the light from a different point of view. My wife drove all night (12 hours because my s/i/l has never seen the bridge)with her. Slept in the parking lot, and now in on her way home now. (proablly another 8+ hours)... Hopefully the beuty of the upper and the great people that are up there will be able to help her enough to make herself well again. So if I can ask one thing out of anything in this life that would be for the "upper" to take care of her and hopefully change her life forever...for herself and for her two children.

dab,

One of my good friends is from Flint. He ended up with many probs and ended up in rehab up in the Keweenaw. He never went back and now we play golf league together. I met him when he moved into an appt above me, it really turned out good for him. I wish the same for her.
