Not how you want to end the season

So I went for the last ride of the year to our best play area. The creek we usually cross was now 5-6 feet wide. No problems, we can wheelie over it and hop up the other side. So I go,and it goes fine. New guy in the group goes hit the bank on the other side and...BANG, and the motor revs up and he slides back into the creek. I figure he blew a belt. Ummm nope, he blew a track on the wrong side of the creek that we needed to get it out from. Well after a bout with tourrets syndrome and 4 hours worth of pulling the sled out and repeated digging out the tow sled we got it out of the woods but man, am I sore....

Wow, I think I may have left it there! j/k Sounds like a ton of work when you just wanted to have a little last bit of fun. :( Good title to the thread!

I would have been happy with the nose pointing up since with my luck I would have tried to get it to wheelie and it would have been to late and pile drive the nose in the other bank.

On a positive note it wasn't submerged and you got to ride for the whole season first! Tough day in the woods though!
