I swear I think I should of bought a Jet Ski or a Boat because this year seems to be off to a worse start than last year. Please do a snow dance up there in the Keweenaw. I can't believe the weather down here in Chicago, it has not even froze yet. Not one snow flurry has fell either. This weather pattern is getting me nervous to say the least.

My daughter is driving up 39 to Phelps from Point right now. She just called & said very light stuff so far. Radar looks like Point area is getting hammered so wondering how much is really reaching the ground?

I live in norther Illinois, I golfed in every month last year besides February and was boating on the Illinois River by mid march last year, it's almost a joke around here for winter. Lets hope this winter proves me wrong, since I am ride over 100 miles a day around here if needed. If not, I'll be up at lake gogebic December 20-23 and 4 more trips to NW Wisconsin! Got snow, I'll travel!

They will say buy more snowmobiles! Im not going to argue for/against cooling or warming, and yes I have studied these topics at a graduate level, but just always remember that 20-30 years of data is relatively or statistically nothing. Trends come and go, media slants all news and yearly weather is just that, weather. Climates are whats important. Lastly, and most importantly, the Earth has been a long time before humans and will be here a long time after us. Use common sense, treat the environment as it should be treated, meaning use the resources "given" to us but use them in a common sense fashion. No sense arguing for/against online, it won't get out anywhere.
