Waiting for the snow all day long just to see on radar that it is swirling around my area big time without a flake to be seen.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Then when I get home one of my old faithful friends of the last 13 years (who has been on her last leg for a while now) couldn't even stand up to greet me. After sitting with her for a while and seeing the look in her eye I knew it was time for our last walk. She tried to get up but kept falling on her side, so I waited for the kids to get home so they could give her a hug. Loaded her up in the truck and went to my dad’s farm. She sure did try and walk with me but I just picked her up and carried her to the back of the farm. I don't know what was longer, carrying a 50 lbs dog thru the mud and snow to the back of 60 acres or carrying an empty collar back.....man I need a freaking beer, and snow. But for now I am gunna start with beer. Hopefully by morning there will be snow, and hopefully not to bad of a hangover.<o></o>
