odd weather pattern or climate change

just read on 9&10 news that the Inland Seas Education Association in Suttons Bay held a meeting were scientist are trying to figure out if the lack of snow and warm winter is just an odd weather pattern or due to climate change. What do you think John?

I think they must have very short memories. Many of the spots with such an unusual lack of snow so far this winter saw unusually high amounts the past 2-3 years.

Of course what is a climate scientist to do if they do not gather together to discuss things like this?
