OEM Heated Grips or After Market - Which Ones

The heated grips on my 2003 Skidoo Grand Touring sleds are burning out. On this model the grips themselves are the heater as opposed to a resistive wire wrapped around the handlebar with a grip over it. My question is, should I replace them with OEM grips of are there good/better after market grips that can be used.

I replaced (actually done by the dealer) mine and my wife's (04 and 05 GSX, respectively) with 3-wire Hot Grips. They work well and have a nice "grippy" pattern to them.

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to go with the Hot Grips. They have the three wire version now so I should be able to just cut the connector wires on the old grip and solder it onto the hot grips wires to reuse the connector. Sounds good in theory anyway. I will be doing this next Sunday if I can get the grips in time.
