Is it possible to track down the origin of an Oregon plate, Number EJY 247 with a registration stick of 1978, 8755919 This is for documentation on an older car that is being restored. Just a county or town the car was in last is what is needed. Thanks.

I think The DMV's in different states keep records for different lengths of time but I doubt any would go over 30 years. This topic gets covered a lot on the "Performance Years" website.
