Park and Ride day use locations in Houghton and Keweenaw Counties?

Are there good park and ride locations for a pickup & 24' trailer in Houghton and Keweenaw Counties. Neck surgery several years ago can make long days on snowmobile a bit tough if trails are not good. I am planning to be in Houghton for a week and am looking for places where we can trailer to both north and south of Houghton and park for half a day to ride. The maps I find of that area do not show parking.

Some of these may require some payment, but here's what I can think of:

Vansville Bar in Phoenix
Under the bridge on the Houghton side
Ballfields in South Range
Forestry equipment parking lot by Pat's in Greenland
