Pats Yamaha

Wanted to give a big shoutout to the crew at Pats, we were up for a 4 day ride last week and on the 1st day my Sidewinder was making a bad noise so we pulled into Pats and within 1 minute Paul took it for a spin and agreed something was wrong. The mechanic , not sure of his name took it in the shop and starting ripping it apart, determined chain was loose and also wore out a bushing in the top gear . Had replacement part in stock and replaced it and a little over 2 hours we were on our way.Was amazed with the great care they took in getting us back on the trails. Kip you werent there but you should be proud of your crew when you were out sick. Also enjoyed visiting with Trish (Kips wife for those of you who dont know) who made our wait time a little more enjoyable. Thanks again for all your crew did for me and my friends so we could keep riding!

They rawk! Dropped my 18 rmk off last Sunday with some throttle issues, picked it up Friday! Back to ripping! Trish is a firecracker! Great group of people! Buy where you ride!

I will add that Pat's Motorsports rocks. Had a problem on Saturday with my XCR. Got pulled into Pat's and the mechanic had my sled fixed with a new Thermostat in about an hour. Great service, great people and go above and beyond. Can't that Kip and the crew enough. See you all again next weekend. Thanks again.

Its amazing what you get when you have a business that treats its customers whether its their first time through the door or long time clients, fairly and honestly and does whatever they can to make sure they can get back on the trail. From what I see and hear on this site Pats is a well oiled machine and deserves all the recognition they get. A business standard that more should follow. GREAT JOB GUYS!

That is what has them selling so many sleds. New, and used!

Just don't ask Kip to guess someone's weight when it comes to a rear skid spring. He will be HONEST, like in all of his business doings!
