You can move up here to Rockland, MI and enjoy the beauty all year round from Jan. 1 - Dec. 31 and can also have an income. Want to sell as a business. This includes Snow Hut #1, Snow Hut #2 which also includes the 40' x 80' shop on the same property as Snow Hut #2, Snow Hut #3 and the main house which is also located on the same property as Snow Shut #2 and the shop.
