perc reverse

I have a fusion with perc reverse, shuts down the sled when you push the reverse button and refires it in reverse which it is obviously supposed to do however sometimes when it tries to refire it will spit and sputter and then kill so I have to fire it back up in forward and restart the reverse process... typically this happens when I have not let it warm up for a few minutes so is that the cause of it killing when it tries to refire in reverse or could it be something more?

Engine needs to be warm.

Ok thats what I thought but since I just had the motor rebuilt I wanted to make sure that was all it was, thank you!

Even my 2009 800 Dragon will spit and sputter if it is not warm, when you try to put it in reverse. Once it is warm good to go.
