I am thinking about spending a few days after the fourth this year at Petosky state park. I was on there website and noticed that there are actually 2 campgrounds within the park that are about a mile apart. my question is.....Is one better than the other and where is this picture in relationship to either one of the campgrounds.....Thanks!!!

The two campgrounds are adjacent to each other. The smaller campground (Dunes) is more suitable for tents. It was the original before the expansion. The larger campground is built more for trailers with paved level pads for your camper. I don't recognize the river that is in the picture as being anywhere in or near the park. It reminds me more of the river that enters Lake Michigan at the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Thats what I thought also. Looks like the Platte River at Sleeping Bear.
