We have a group ready good to go Saturday so we are trying to piece together a best condition route.
Trail 2 e/w Watersmeet to Iron River
107 n/s Watersmeet to Kenton
8 e/w Kenton to Sidnaw
15 Pipeline n/s Sidnaw to Lanse
In town Lanse
15n/s Iron River to Sidnaw
Hopefully we can piece together a RT that’s mostly goodish. All input is appreciated!!!

We were just in Land O last weekend and the trails around Watersmeet were pretty beat up. Presque Isle and Boulder had good trails. Trail 5/6 from Presque to Bents was probably the best we saw all weekend. Gogebic, unless they've recently got snow, was pretty bad on the south end. 13 was awful. 100, not too much better, 1 had snow but very bumpy. Hearing north of Iron River is good. Safe travels!

Thanks for input. We had 5-7 inches of wet snow followed by mist Sunday/Monday and can’t seem to get conditions report since then. My plan is to bi pass WM via FRs closest possibility would be 107 and that is second choice if Iron County MI comes together. I know UP non snow belts are hurting but we like remote areas away from traffic especially on a Saturday. Usually we would have seat of the pants witness but couldn’t get conditions to cooperate to scout from Phelps with Forest County closed Brule River shut down we were dead ended. LES kicking in good right now so I’m getting my lube snow for scouting a bit Wednesday but can’t ride all the way to Lanse so hoping to put trail pieces together via the riding membership. Thanks,Pete
