Phone Problems

We believe we are having problems receiving phone calls from the Appleton WI area. If somebody from that area could please e-mail us with your phone # and we would like to call you and tell you the problem and have you try calling us. Thanks for any help you can give us. peppermillgrams@charter.net Please somebody please help us.

if you have an example number you could have your provider trace the route to find where the bad spot is.it's probably a bad section of toll cable or a bad server if it goes over some voip some where along the way.the problem however is more than likely not your premise

Our son was in Appleton today and he called from a land line and got through and then when he was on the phone he tried calling from his cell and got a busy signal so it sounds like the problem has been solved. Thanks alot for all of your help.
