Still needing some folks for the shoot. Planning a date sometime in Feburary. Looking for agressive trial riders, back country boondockers, and high flyers.
The shoot will probably be a 4-6 hour event depending on weather and conditions and nobody getting hurt.
Possibly a video shoot may occur at sametime. So if you want some footage for bragging rights on youtube, you will have access to the footage along with photos from the shoot.

Location is going to dependent on the type of riders that want to be involved. Boondockers and high flyers are going to be in the Sidnaw area or maybe near South Range. Need lots of hills and basins with wide open areas with big mature pine trees. This area is the most I'm famaliar with, unless the riders have a favorite spot for jumping and fresh powder. I'm pretty open. As for the trail riders, there is a trail I ride every year that has some narly hairpins, s curves, and switchbacks that has great potential for the type of shots I have in mind and most importantly very little traffic. The trail I'm thinking of is north of Crystal Falls.
Date is looking like second or third weekend in Feburary. This is tentative date because I have two possible concert shoots on the calender. I would like to also to do this shoot in the morning and late afternoon on Friday, if possible.

Anyway, the dates, yes more than one, are looking like the weekend of Feburary 13th and 14th providing condition don't become mucked up. Then, big drum roll, the second or thid weekend in March, providing mother natures cooperation. The shoot will include stills and video. I have a brand spanking new HD camera on the way for this shoot. So, I hoping not to trash a couple thousand dollar video camera first time out of the box.
I'm really excited about this coming up and hope to have quite of few of you fine folks there to participate in this shoot. It will be posted on youtube after post production is concluded and you will receive copies on disc along with any stills on the same disc.
So as the time approaches, I will keep everyone updated and possibly throw some pics up here couple days after.

New date and location for February
Hello all, I have to change the date for February. I'm now looking at the 27th, I have to change it because on the 13th, I have a date with Miss Lady GaGa. I have to work instead of play, my bread and butter comes first along with paying the bills. The dates for March are still looking like the second or third week, unless something else pops up.
Also, with talking with some of the guys, north of the bridge is where its shaping up to be the best place to find the deep snow. So were going north, I've had suggestion for Pheonix, Twin Lakes, Houghton, and any where in the Keweena. It sounds like from all the suggestions that we might riding in some secret squirrel locations, I just hope its not to far off the beaten path, I still have lug in 50 pounds of equipment. I do want to say THANK YOU to all who have made time to email me and want to be included on this project, I do greatly appreciate all of your guys efforts. As the time closes in, I will email all involved on where the staging local will be.

Father dying
I had to cancel this weekends shoot for the reason my father doesn't have very much time left. I received a call Wednesday night telling me he only has about a week left. Cancer has spread into his bones and the battle is over.
To all involved in prepping for this weekend, I apologize for this unforeseen situation and not be able to follow through. I am hoping to reschedule for later in March if weather providing good conditions.
I ask all for a little prayer in for his quick passing, otherwise it is said to be very painful.
