I Know I don't post these much anymore but it's hard not to this time. We got 3-4" last night and the trails look......well, just take a look. ;-)

Thanks Beerman!!! Lock and load boys and girls it’s time to ride in this part of northern Wisconsin while we can until the late February/March sun starts taking it toll.

For those of you who don't know the area, just be aware, if below 28 deg, a lot of the trails in that area are multiuse with ATV's and UTV's. Many trails are narrow and tight/twisty. Ride with caution.

I have also noticed that when you hit ruts from the tires, it will "pull" your sled a bit unexpected. Not a big deal, just slow down. I notice I run about 15 mph or so less in top end speed on this mixed trails when there are ruts.

rode this area sunday the 18th south of hwy 8 is not very good for sleds. lots of bare spots. North of hwy 8 the trails were very good yet. we got an inch of ice an snow on Monday night which will help.
