Pink line in the forecast map

What is the pink circle in the forecast map? I'm assuming this area can get locally more than 12"?? I can't remember seeing that before and am curious

Well, I'm certainly not hoping for it. My friends from town (IM) are already saying that you have shifted the forecast slightly south and by Tuesday we will be in the 1-3". It seems to always happen to us!

LOL...I was going to email you the graphic.... if it happens opens up eastern routes for us...very interesting...just have to see.

Local guys on Milw radio just said possible 15-20 inches in southeastern WI depending on rain/snow line. This is going to be a changing event over the next 4 days it seems.
