I ran across this listing in White Pine just off the snowmobile trail for $10,000....pictures look pretty nice.

IDX and Trillia show this at more money but with 19 acres...not sure what the real story is, but for ten g's.....someone out there might want to get to the bottom and scoop this puppy up.....

Google it...and go from there.

Puts you right where you want to be....and for a couple guys wanting a place...this would work.

Most of those homes are pretty efficient with in floor heat. Downfall is the astronomical water bills there. $50/month before the water even gets turned on. Many of those folks have $100+ water bills every month. With all the properties in Ontonagon tanking with the closure and removal of the paper mill I would suspect there will be even more $10K OR LESS properties coming available.

My assumption is that high "water bills" are because of all the other crap that is actually on the "water bills" and not the actual water consumption.

We are talking ten grand here....literally the price of one sled. And if you don't like city water, go get a well driller and drill a well....$6k for that and you are in.

Seems like a pretty cheap way for 4 guys to throw in and have a place to go sledd'n!

But den, dats me!
