Places to stay in Watersmeet

Planned a trip with a group of buddies for Feb. What are the best places to stay with a group of 4/5 maybe 6 in waters meet? Near Trail, bar, Somewhat reasonable price.... I have never gone sledding in this area but we were thinking we could start there since we don't want to drive in the truck all the way the the UP.

For me it has to be Gateway Hotel.
Great Northwoods feels and lounge/fireplace area in the front is great for meeting people during morning coffee. The bar is also nice hangout after you get back from a long ride. 3 different trails out the back door and easy parking for large rigs.
